Expression of Interest
Kerala House Onam Celebration 2025
As part of this year's Onam celebration, expressions of interest are invited
from experienced catering units interested in preparing Onam Sadya for
approximately 2500 people (around 800-900 people per day) over three days
(31.8.2025, 01.9.2025, 02.09.2025) at Kerala House based on the following
conditions.
The Sadya will be held in four pandals in the Kerala House campus.
Dishes should be delivered to each pandal and a separate set of
utensils and related materials should be provided by the caterer for
serving.
The catering unit should provide utensils, gas, cooking range,
banana leaves for Sadya, etc., for cooking food.
Provisions and other raw materials will be provided from Kerala
House. The list of such items should be produced to the Kerala
House Food Committee along with quotation or before executing
agreement.
The cooks should be present in the pantry till the end of the sadhya.
If required, they should be ready to cook more quantity if required.
The Expression of interest should be submitted to the Kerala House
Food
Committee

Application/proposals will be scrutinized on the same day
at11.05am.
The applicants should have previous experience in catering in large

shortlist the successful service provider/applicant based on
Experience and Amount quoted in their proposal.

Catering units are responsible for cleaning of their utensils/Patram.
Last date of receiving the Expression of Interest in sealed
covers in the above - said address is 11AM on 12.08.2025.
Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on: 08/08/2025 at 11:00 AM at
Kerala House, New Delhi
A negotiation meeting would be conducted on 13/08/2025 at
Kerala House, New Delhi with the undersigned, if required.
The right of accepting or rejecting the quotations without assigning
any reasons vests with the undersigned.
