NORKA Attestation Services

The Resident Commissioner, Kerala House, New Delhi is the designated authority for authenticating (Attesting) the educational certificates and non-educational documents emanating from the State for use in foreign countries and NORKA Cell is entrusted with the duties of collection, verification, facilitating authentication and distribution of the documents to the general public. People who completed their studies in Kerala have to get Kerala HRD attestation for getting admission to foreign schools and universities.
