Kerala CM Pinarayi Vijayan meets Prime Minister Narendra Modi

New Delhi: Kerala CM Pinarayi Vijayan called on Prime Minister Narendra Modi today at Prime Minister's office in South Block, New Delhi. The discussion was about the preparations in the awake of new Covid threat. Kerala's preparations for preventing the new variant were also discussed. In the new year the Center - state relations will be strengthened by initiating active measures to accelerate the completion of various Centre-State projects in the state. The Chief Minister also informed the Prime Minister about the interventions and activities being carried out by the State government for the development of national highways in Kerala. Discussion were also held on the speedy completion of Jal Jeevan Mission, various national highway projects and other projects. They wished each other Happy New Year. The Chief Minister conveyed his greetings to the Prime Minister and gifted Kathakali sculpture of Kerala. Chief Secretary V. P. Joy also attended the meeting.
